Full-TimeDeliver expert tax filing and strategic tax planning services for individuals and businesses through Taxracy LLC.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individual and business clients
- Analyze client financial records to identify maximum deductions and credits
- Stay current with IRS regulations, tax code changes, and compliance requirements
- Provide year-round tax planning consultations and proactive strategy sessions
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all client documentation
- Collaborate with the credit repair and mentorship teams on integrated client solutions
Credit Repair Analyst
Full-TimeHelp clients rebuild and optimize their credit profiles using proven dispute strategies outlined in "The Chemistry of Credit."
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive credit report audits and identify inaccurate or unverifiable items
- Draft and manage dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies
- Develop personalized credit improvement roadmaps tailored to each client's financial goals
- Educate clients on credit utilization, payment strategies, and score optimization
- Track case progress and provide regular status updates to clients
- Stay up-to-date with FCRA, FDCPA, and consumer protection regulations
Client Relations Coordinator
Full-Time / Part-TimeServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a world-class experience from consultation to results.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Schedule consultations, credit audits, and tax strategy sessions
- Onboard new clients and guide them through service enrollment processes
- Maintain CRM records with accurate client notes and follow-up actions
- Coordinate between tax, credit, and mentorship teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather client feedback and testimonials to support continuous improvement
Business Mentorship Associate
Full-TimeSupport entrepreneurs on their journey to 6–7 figure business funding through structured coaching and financial education.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in delivering mentorship program curriculum and workshop materials
- Guide mentees through business credit building, entity structuring, and funding applications
- Research and present lending options, SBA programs, and alternative funding sources
- Monitor mentee progress and compile performance reports for program leadership
- Help facilitate live masterclasses, webinars, and Q&A sessions
- Contribute to the development of new mentorship resources and educational content
